Versions
CULA is comprised of three versions: CULA Basic, CULA Premium, and CULA Commercial. Each of these versions offer different levels of functionality, features, and support. There is no cost associated with CULA Basic and users are allowed to use and redistribute it without any restrictions. CULA Premium and CULA Commercial versions offer additional routines and enable companies to use the extra functionalities either internally or for creating GPU-accelerated products for their client base.

Basic
CULA Basic is available free-of-charge to all registered users. The functionality of this version of CULA is limited to a subset of the full CULA library. Included are the single precision and single precision complex versions of: system solve, least squares solve, QR factorization, LU factorization, and singular value decomposition. Support for this product is limited to our public forums.
Premium
CULA Premium is our premier library for all users who need GPU-accelerated linear algebra in their own research and in-house software projects. The power of CUDA-enabled GPUs can be used to accelerate your proprietary applications to decrease run times and increase productivity. CULA Premium has several additional routines beyond CULA Basic and all routines in single, double, single-complex, and double-complex precisions.
CULA Premium is sold as a one year subscription that includes private support and product updates. At the end of the year, users may choose to renew their subscriptions or continue to use CULA Premium without updates or support. When you purchase CULA Premium, you receive a one year update and support through our website, where one of the CULA developers will directly address your questions.
Licenses are sold on a per-computer basis. If you have multiple machines or a cluster, you'll need to purchase a license for each machine or node. Additionally, site-licenses are available for large clusters or computing sites.

Commercial
CULA Commercial is for software vendors who want to ship our GPU-accelerated linear algebra libraries with their proprietary software. CULA Commercial has attractive bulk licensing prices, is royalty-free, and contains all the functionality of CULA Premium but with the rights to redistribute all CULA functions in all precisions in a commercial application.
