Any download of a 3.0 for windows?

I've got several GTX 4XX flavors that I'm wanting to benchmark for a conference that I'm going to in two weeks. I'm running a PDE solver and I was going to use CULA for the matrix solve. I've got the new 257 drivers and CUDA up and running on the GTX 480 system, and it looks like CULA 1.3a will not work with the CUDA 3.1 setup that I just downloaded. But, I do notice that MACOS and Linux have a preview for CULA 2.0. Will CULA 1.3a not work for me? Is there a preview of CULA 2.0 that I can dl for windows? Thanks,
