cula.dll

Hello!
I have already install cula by the way of the guide.But when I run the program using vs 2008,'can not find cula.dll'appears. What can I do next step?
Any suggestion will be appreciated. :dry:

If you are interested in running your application outside the Visual Studio environment, you will need to have c:\Program Files\CULA\bin (or bin64, depending on whether you are on a 64-bit OS) in your system's PATH environment variable. We will clarify the language in the documentation on this particular point, so thank you for bringing it to our attention.
