Cannot open input file 'cula.lib'

Hi,

I am new in cula and I'm having difficulty when compiling a program. I'm trying to compile from the command prompt and always gives the following error:

LINK: fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'cula.lib'

What could it be?
