README: CULA Sparse Support Forum

Welcome to the CULA Sparse support discussion forum! Please use this forum to ask the developers questions regarding issues you are having with CULA Sparse.
While the developers will try to address your problem, there is no guarantee that we can answer every question posted. Additionally, please check the FAQ and CULA Programmer's Guide to see if your question has been answered there.
When reporting a problem be sure to include:
- Your operating system
- Synopsis description of the problem
- Detailed description of the problem
- CUDA version installed
- GPU model
This forum is not to be used for platform-specific questions. Please use the appropriate support forums for those questions.
