How to use cula spare to solve complex equation?

Postby dreamseeker » Fri Jan 02, 2015 6:27 am

hello,
I want to solve a linear equation like A*x=b where A is symmetrical but not positive definite matrix stored in a spare matrix format . b is a complex vector which just has one element (others equal to 0) and x is the vector that I want. I refer to the example iterativeSystemSolveFortran and change its solver culaSpareCudaDcsrCgJacobi to cualSpareCudaZcsrGmresJacobi. But when I compile my code, I got the error ‘Could not resolve generic procedure culasparecudazcsrgmresjacobi ‘ . Could someone tell me how to use cula spare to solve my complex equation?
