culaDeviceSgels

Postby ambushed » Thu Dec 29, 2011 9:04 am

Hi all,

Correct me if i am wrong, but it seems the culaDeviceSgels call can only process a single A-Y pair per function call. Is there any way to extend that to several A-Y pairs per one function call?

Thanks,

Vlad

This is correct. CULA Dense matches operation of the LAPACK library which only processes one matrix (or A-Y pair) at a time.

John recently discussed batched operations, which potentially allows for multiple parallel operations in this blog post: http://www.culatools.com/blog/2011/12/0 ... perations/
