culaDeviceSsyev generates eigen values < 0 ???

Hi,

I've spotted a problem in culaDeviceSsyev. It sometimes generates eiven values < 0, which is not normal.

Did any one also arare of this?

This problem is still there even in the latest version of CULA.

THis is actually easy to regenerate, it will be happened when a certain amount of eigen values are small enough.
