CULA in Matlab Cuda Mexfile
Hello everybody,
please does anyone can explain me step by step how to use cuda routines in acuda-mexfile containg my own cuda code?
Also compiling a simple mexfile using only culaInitialize() and culaShutdown() and trying to run it I obtained the error : "Invalid MEX FIle..". So, I solved the problem coping the shared libraries in CULA bin64 folder into the folder containing my mex, but I'm wondering, how can I solve it in a "stronger" way? I'm using Windows 7 64bit, Matlab R2008b, CULA R13, CUDA 4.0.
thanks in advance

Re: CULA in Matlab Cuda Mexfile
We did a multipart blog series on this topic a while ago:

This is probably a good place to start if you haven't seen it yet.

Re: CULA in Matlab Cuda Mexfile
To answer your second question, having the CULA libraries in your Windows PATH variable should be enough.
