Cula Dense and Sparse (Personal Academic)

Hi,
I signed up for a subscription for "CULA Dense & Sparse (Personal Academic)" and it clearly shows up when I login, but when I go to the downloads page it is as before, I still can only choose between Dense and Sparse - and if I choose one it's still either Free or Full.

How can I get access to this version of Cula so I can download it?
