Hello!

I study CUDA at Lomonosov Moscow State University, that's why I would like to try using CULA libraries (conjugate gradient for sparse matrices). But unfortunately in Russia it's not common for students to use academic email xxx@xxx.edu

Can you add exception for me? If not, my scientific superviser has an email at @mech.math.msu.su, so may be he can use it. Is this domain in the approved academic list?
