SGGLSE for Non Negative Least Squares?
Hi
I am experimenting with the free version of Cula. Can anyone tell me if the SGGLSE function
can be used to solve the Non Negative Least Squares problem? I've been googling around to see if it was possible and I've had no luck.

Re: SGGLSE for Non Negative Least Squares?
I'm not aware of any NNLS solver in LAPACK. GELS solves the least squares problem, but doesn't guarantee non-negative, and that's probably the closest fit.
