CULA 1.1b Released

In order to correct a bug preventing getrs from functioning we have issued a service release 1.1b. Users of CULA Basic will notice no differences and can safely remain on 1.1a or upgrade. Users of CULA Premium will want to upgrade if they use getrs. Thank you.
