Eclipse HELIOS C/C++ on Mac or Visual Studio 10
As I'm new to CULA Tools and have not done C/C++ on Eclipse before, I wanted to ask this question,
I have a MacPro Snow Leopard with BOOTCAMP and Windows 7.
I'm already very knowledgable in Visual Studio 2010.
I'm learning Eclipse more and more via Google App Engine, AIR for Android, etc.
My Quadro FX 5600 runs great in both Operating Systems.
QUESTION: Has anybody yet used Eclipse HELIOS C/C++ version on Mac OS X Snow Leopard to develop with CULA Tools? My work is specific to Medical Imaging.
Thank you.

Hello, I can't speak to all of these questions, but I do know that CULA will compile and run in Visual Studio 10.
As for Eclipse, I would imagine that if you can compile/link a CUDA program then it should be equally possible to compile/link a CULA program.

Thanks.
I've not even done a CUDA program yet with Eclipse, I just wanted to know if anyone else in general has and how to set it up to not always have to use BOOTCAMP.
I prefer Visual Studio 2010 though.
May I ask where the Plug-in can be downloaded that integrates CUDA and thereby CULA also with Visual Studio 2010?
Thanks.

There should be no plugin required for Visual Studio. Just point the "additional include directories" option to c:\cula\include, the "additional library directories" to c:\cula\lib[64], and "additional libraries" to say "cula.lib" ... you will also need c:\cula\bin[64] to be in your PATH. There are other ways to go about this, but this is a pretty typical way to set up a 3rd party library/sdk.
