error compiling examples, mkl_lapack.h

Where can I find mkl_lapack.h? Thanks!

This file is a part of Intel MKL. Please see the comments in the benchmark.c file - MKL is required to compile this project, but we provide a precompiled copy (benchmark_) if you do not have MKL available.
